YB Ventures Berhad is an investment holding company, in which its company’s business engage in the tile manufacturing and internet technology. Our subsidiary, Yi-Lai Industry Berhad is the exclusive manufacturer of ALPHA TILES® and TALOS LIVING TILES, which is a major household name in construction, renovation and interior decoration. We consistently provide a wide range of high quality ceramic, homogeneous and porcelain tiles for use across vastly different projects for residential, commercial and industrial Developments. YB Ventures Berhad business are diversify to tile manufacturing and internet technologies.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Dato’ Sri Tajudin Bin Md Isa started his career as a Junior Executive in Bank Bumiputera Malaysia Berhad in 1981. He then joined the Royal Malaysia Police in 1987. He has all extensive experience in Royal Malaysia Police for 33 years until his retirement on 24 December 2019.
He is currently the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of ATTA Global Group Berhad.
Datuk Au Yee Boon is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Techbase Solution Sdn Bhd (2004 – present) and Executive Director of Prolexus Berhad. He started his own retail business right after he graduated from University Malaya in 2004.
After 5 years of his retail business, he has established Techbase Solution Sdn Bhd, a company specialize in providing Information Technology (IT) Solution. He was the key personnel for the company who responsible for marketing, business development and IT consultant.
Ms. Kok Soke Kuen is a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants with ACCA qualifications. She has 20 years of experience in financial reporting and management gained from a few listed companies. In Year 2014, she was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Comfort Gloves Berhad and later in Year 2020, she was redesignated as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
Dato’ Sri Gan Chow Tee graduated in Accounting from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College in 1985. He is an outstanding entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in property development and multi-businesses investments.
To-date, he had completed over gross development value of RM300 million property development projects, inclusive of residential, industrial and commercial. He has also invested in food and beverage industry especially in Chinese fine dining and banquet events.
Ms Chua Ya Ting holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting & Finance. She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants as well as the Certified Public Accountants (CPA) Australia
She has 20 years of experience in audit and tax covering statutory and regulatory reporting, which she gained experience from manufacturing and retail industry.
